“TO BE OR NOT TO BE“

Don’t be mistaken this post has nothing to do with Hamlet’s question about living or dying. But it has a lot to do with our minds and decisions of life.

Yeah, that’s right it can create a good argument between your intelligence and emotional quotient or to be precise your cerebral matter and your heart.

All these years of life we humans struggle in situations we tend to give in either our confidence or fears. This emotion of being happy, confident, nervous or even scared comes from our heart which speaks to us all the time.

Don’t you think it’s rightly said “Follow your heart” not because it can lead us to success but only because our heart is true to us all the time?

I do believe this vital organ of our body lying in our chest which symbolizes love, kindness, bravery and disappointments at times have the power to change our decisions of life.

But why there has always been difference of opinions on who to depend on to live your life fully.

From start of the day by tricking your mind to feel at peace with meditation till the end of the day with a mug of chamomile tea to put your brain at ease with all the anxieties of uncertain next morning to unravel in our life.

Gone are the days where the best advice given by our elders would be to follow your heart, now a millennial is only directed to play smartly using our brain power that has got nothing to do with kindness and empathy.

It can be as simple as showing hesitancy in helping someone at work and be proudly self focused to the extent of being a narcissist.

Shall we blame the rat race we are endlessly caught up in?

Nah, it cannot be always the rat race.

A person can either be intellectually driven or soulfully living their best.

It boils down to what keeps you going in your life, is it the financial status to make you feel successful or the smile that you brought on someone’s face with an act of kindness.

Think, what kind thing you did today?
